    Syllabus

    Course description

      Solid-state physics as applied to electronic devices, semiconductor materials, conduction processes in solids, device fabrication, diffusion processes, and semiconductor devices.

   Future lecture topics are tentative. The content may also be slightly adjusted during the semester.
