Mike Hansell plans to graduate in the spring of 2010 with a BS in Mechanical Engineering. He is looking forward to working toward the completion of the Eglin/AFRL design project and is excited about the experience he will gain. After graduation he is interested in finding a job in a research and development field supporting aviation programs or related technology initiatives. Mike spends his free time teaching himself more about electronics, expanding his programming knowledge, and dreaming of owning his own sailboat and mastering all aspects of offshore sailing. Jeremy Weiss was born just outside of Kansas City. At age 15 he moved to Jacksonville Florida where he attended Douglas Anderson School for the Arts. He's now attending his final year at FSU for a Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering while assisting in research at the National High Magnetic Field Laboratory in the Applied Superconductivity Center. Najee Brooks spent the summer interning at Eglin Air Force Base and has worked with the project liaison, Lt. Weiderhold, during his internship. The visualization in granular and fluid media project was one of his top choices and he is very excited to have the opportunity to work with the Air Force Research Lab over the course of the next two semesters.
