This is a beta version of this document, with the greatest and latest additions, and some of the latest and greatest errors probably still in there. Let me know about any errors and I will correct them.

Firefox users: Firefox tends to mess up math images. Just press refresh if a formula is not readable.

Note: Large images may show up poorly on some browsers unless image rescaling is turned off. (Internet Explorer users should go into Tools/ Internet Options/ Advanced and below 'Multimedia', uncheck 'enable automatic image resizing.' Firefox users should do the same in Tools/ Options/ Advanced/ General.)
