Please select the desired format for this document:

• Modern Browsers (Firefox, Internet Explorer)
• zipped LaTeX sources
• init file .latex2html-init for l2h and for makel2h
• style file index.css for l2h and for makel2h (or l2h with nonstyle aligning browsers)
• format selection page template file select0.html
• template file template.html
• background color file transcol.txt

To put your own files in this grey scale format, download the five files from the last five items above, making sure that some browser does not append .html or similar to the names. (Windows users must make sure that "hide extensions for known file types" is unchecked in Tools/ Folder options/ View.) Put in an empty folder with your index.tex file and process with l2h or makel2h. You will need a l2hfu3.exe dated 8/19/06 or later. Let me know if there is a problem.
