Please select the desired format for this document:

• Modern Browsers (Firefox, Internet Explorer)
• init file .latex2html-init set up for frames, for l2h and for makel2h
• style file index.css with the body color defaults removed, contents table indenting reduced, or use the version for l2h with style alignment.
• format selection page template file select0.html

Note: The table of contents and the index cannot be visible at the same time.

Note: To get rid of the side frame. click on the text link to the next page, not the arrow.

Note: Large images may show up poorly on some browsers unless image rescaling is turned off. (Internet Explorer users should go into Tools/ Internet Options/ Advanced and below 'Multimedia', uncheck 'enable automatic image resizing.' Firefox users should do the same in Tools/ Options/ Advanced/ General.)

To put your own files in this frames format, download the three files from the last three items above, making sure that some browser does not append .html or similar to the names. (Windows users must make sure that "hide extensions for known file types" is unchecked in Tools/ Folder options/ View.) Put in an empty folder with your index.tex file and process with l2h or makel2h. Let me know if there is a problem. However, note that this format is not compatible with the wiz; in particular, you will need to edit .latex2html-init to change the primary colors. (.latex2html-init is a hidden file on unix.)
