About Us Florida Eta Chapter

The Florida Eta chapter of Tau Beta Pi was founded on February 29th, 1992 at the FAMU / FSU College of Engineering.  Since its founding, Florida Eta has worked to improve the community in which it operates not only at the FAMU / FSU College of Engineering but also within the Tallahassee community.

Florida Eta participates in chapter projects that include road clean ups, Second Harvest food drives, tutoring, and philanthropic commitments.  Every semester, members of the chapter work on community service projects within and outside the College of Engineering and strive to represent Tau Beta Pi, Florida Eta, and the College of Engineering positively in the community.
