Engineering Student Earns Premier Award

I'm pleased to tell you that Rebecca Stone, a sophomore in Chemical Engineering has won the Goldwater Scholarship! Rebecca has spent the last three semesters doing nanotechnology research in Sir Harry Kroto's Laboratory. Since Rebecca won this scholarship as a sophomore (hard to do!), she will receive the $7500 award for two years.
