The FES (Florida Engineering Society) Professional Development Committee has elected Dr. Kamal Tawfiq as the recipient of the 2007 Engineering Faculty Member of the Year Award. This award is given to one individual in the state that exemplifies and consistently works to promote the ideas of professional engineering within the educational system. The award will be presented at the 2007 Annual Summer Conference & Exposition in Marco Island.
Dr. Tawfiq and the FES student chapter will be recognized for this outstanding achievement.
