Idella Gallon, Sr. Fiscal Assistant of the Civil Engineering Department has been with the Civil Engineering Department for 9 years as of November 2, 1996. She came to Civil Engineering November 2, 1987 as a Fiscal Assitant. Her continuous faithful service is very much appreciated by the Civil Engineering Department.
