Robert N. Braswell, Professor of Industrial Engineering, was recently honored by both the Institute of Industrial Engineers and Florida State University for his achievements at the College of Engineering.
The Institute of Industrial Engineers will present the Fellow Award and the Excellence Award for Minority Advancement to Dr. Braswell at the Industrial Engineering Solutions ’97 Conference and Expo in Miami Beach of May 20th.
Florida State University conferred both the Professorial Excellence Award and a 1996-97 University Advising Award to Dr. Braswell. These awards recognize a continuing career of teaching and research achievement, and a dedication to advising and support of undergraduate students in matter of curriculum, career options and student concerns. These awards were presented at the Faculty Awards Ceremony on April 7th.
