Innovative Thinker, Carl A. Moore, Jr. Awarded Grant
Associate Professor & Tenure
Carl A. Moore, Jr., Ph.D. has been awarded a three-year grant by the Department of Education Minority Science and Engineering Improvement Program. His goal is to design a multimedia recording system for STEM instructional enhancement. Dr. Moore has high hopes for the project, "Multimedia is everywhere these days, I believe if we harness it for engineering instruction we can infuse fresh energy into the learning process." Dr. Moore was also recently granted Associate Professor and Tenure at Florida A&M University Department of Mechanical Engineering. Dr. Moore's research interests include robotics, telerobotics, and haptic interface design and control.
