About

      " Phong Tran is a senior in mechanical engineering at the Florida State University. He was born in Vietnam and grew up in the beautiful Emerald Coast. Before going back to college, he spent several years in the defense and aerospace sectors. He worked as a machinist, jet turbine assembler, engineer supporter, and CAD designer & drafter. Phong earned an A.S. degree in mechanical design & drafting, as well as an Autodesk AutoCAD foundation certificate. In 2010, he decided to go back to college and pursue his dream of becoming mechanical engineer. His short term goal is to graduate and get a job in a defense or aerospace industry. In his free time, he enjoy working on cars, playing soccer, and watching Seminole football. "
