Find a photo of yourself. Use your scanner to scan it in at a reasonable size. (See the documentation that came with your scanner.) Typically, you might want to scan at about 75 or 100 dpi. Save the scanned image as a GIF (.gif) or JPEG (.jpg) image, NOT as a BMP image or similar. Now use say Netscape or Internet Explorer to send an E-mail to the Web Education Assistant, and attach the scanned file as an "attachment".
