Below are the help files available during the live and archived lectures, with a few comments. After viewing a help file, you will need to use your browser's 'Back' button to return here.
| Setup | This is really the course listing, but it has setup instructions in it too. It tells you how to set up Netscape or Internet Explorer and how to watch the videos. |
| Basic Instructions | Basic stuff you need to know to follow the lectures. |
| Catch-up | During live lectures, you have to follow the instructor manually through the lecture notes. 'Catch up' simplifies doing this. |
| White Boards | Explains how to access the full size versions of the white board the instructor may draw on. |
| Chat Box | The chat box is a window that allows you to contact the instructor during live lectures with questions, comments, etcetera. |
| Audio and Video | Explains what to do if you have problems with audio and video. This ranges from turning off bass boost to downloading the entire video first and then view it. |
