Admissions

The BS-MS program is designed for admission from within the College of Engineering student body. Well-qualified students, who are expected to have a grade point average of 3.2 or better in engineering studies, are invited to apply for the program during the second semester of their third year in the College. By this time, they have had an opportunity to establish a good academic record, and they are well known to the faculty. The records of student applicants are reviewed by a faculty committee, and those students selected for participation are notified by the end of the semester in which they apply.

Qualified students interested in the BSMS program may complete the .pdf application form and submit the completed page to the Graduate Program Administrator during the Spring semester.
