Submissions

If you submit a text message, upon approval it will appear on the 'View Messages' area. If you include a jpeg image of the type described below, your slides will be included in the video message system and seen on the closed circuit televisions (CCTV) throughout the college. You may submit both a Message Board Posting and a set of slides in the same submission, though they will be reviewed seperately.

Seminar Postings

You may tag your message as a Seminar by checking the box in the Message posting area. If your message is tagged as a seminar, upon approval, it will be placed in the seminars section as well as the general Messages section.

How to create your jpeg

Create your slide by importing from a presentation program (MSPowerPoint or OpenOffice Presentation).
OR create your slide in an image editor such as PhotoShop or The Gimp
The size of the slide should be 14.23x10.67 inches or 1024x768 pixels
Create your slide using at least a 24 point font.
Save or export as a 'jpeg'
