Formula Hybrid is an annual collegiate competition to build a formula style, gas-electric hybrid vehicle. The competition takes place in Loudon, NH on May 10th, 2010 and is sponsored by IEEE, SAE, and many other corporate entities.

Dr. Hui Li Receives The National Science Foundation's Career Award
We are proud that Dr. Hui (Helen) Li has received the National Science Foundation's Career Award for her project "CAREER:Design, Modeling and Control of High Efficiency and High Power Density Multi-port Power Electronics Module for Hybrid Energy Systems." This 5-year project running through 2012 is an indication of the high level of research capabilities present in the department, and we congratulate her on this significant achievement.
