Bus Routes

Want to get to class fast? Take the bus!

Florida A&M University, Florida State University and StarMetro, the city of Tallahassee's transit service, offer routes to and from the College of Engineering's campus to the two main campuses. Two separate buses will run the routes, one route with stops at FAMU and the College of Engineering and the other route between FSU and the College of Engineering.

StarMetro provides services to FAMU and the College of Engineering via the Dogwood (D) route. The D route will operate Monday-Friday from 6:03a.m. to 7:40p.m. We suggest students taking the D route bus to the College of Engineering get on the south bound bus at the Gamble Street and Wanish Way stop.

During fall and spring semesters, FSU's engineering route will operate Monday through Thursday from 7a.m. to 8:00p.m. and on Friday from 7a.m. to 6:00p.m. During the summer semester, bus routes operate Monday through Friday 7 a.m. to 5:00p.m.

FAMU and FSU students, faculty and staff can ride for free on any StarMetro bus, including the Seminole Express service, or the D route bus, with a valid FAMU or FSU ID card.

FAMU/Engineering Campus Dogwood Route - Every 40 minutes, 6:01am to 7:39pm. M-F; First bus arrives at Gamble and Wanish at 6:32am / Last bus departs Engineering School at 6:07pm, Monday-Friday.

FSU School of Engineering Shuttle - Every 30 minutes, 7:00am to 8:00pm. M-Th; 7:00am - 6:00pm Friday/Last bus departs Engineering School at 7:30pm, Monday-Thursday, 5:30pm on Friday (Fall/Spring).
