Student Registration & Deadlines

Universities that are recognized by ASCE National office whose Student Chapters or Clubs were assigned to the Southeast Conference are eligible to compete.

Nonmembers of the Southeast Student Chapter Conference desiring to attend conference must notify the host chapter in writing no later than four months in advance of the conference.

Registration fees for each attending ASCE member will be $55. In addition, the registration fee for each attending chapter will be $200. These fees cover participation in competitions, Friday lunch, Saturday lunch, awards banquet, T-shirt, name badge, and "goodies" from sponsoring companies.

MAILER #1 has been e-mailed (with Subject: 2012 ASCE SESC – School Participation Verification) to contact people at all schools that we have received contact information from. (Note that this information is sent only to conference organizers and faculty members at each school). If your school has not received MAILER #1, it is probably because our efforts to find a contact person at your school have failed. Please contact us using the Contact Us form on this website.

MAILER # 2 was e-mailed to school contacts in late December. This e-mail contained more information about individual registration. If you, as a school contact, did not receive this e-mail, please let us know. A registration form (Individual Registration) was sent with this e-mail. Please return by February 6th, 2012.
